This Committee is concerned with promoting, maintaining and advising on high standards of conduct by 兔子先生lors and co-opted members. It oversees the compliance on the part of 兔子先生lors with the 兔子先生鈥檚 code of conduct which can be found in the Constitution, Part E Codes and Protocols, Section 2 Code of Conduct, the link to this is /article/4973/兔子先生-Constitution. 兔子先生鈥檚 cross-party Committee has an Independent Chairperson and Independent Lay Member who are not elected 兔子先生lors. The 兔子先生 also has an Independent Person who works with the Standards Committee. The 兔子先生鈥檚 code of conduct is based on the Local Government Association model code. A record of the number and origin of every alleged breach of the code is reported to the Committee quarterly and is made publicly available. All complaints which cannot be resolved informally, and which proceed to formal investigation, are passed to full Standards Committee for Hearing. Hearings are open to the public; hearing decisions are then taken in private the Committee come back to announce the decision before publishing on the 兔子先生鈥檚 website.
